Fair Fit Course policy
HOW TO REGISTER
We prefer that you register online here at our site. To secure your spot in the class, you must complete your registration and pay your registration fee in full. Registration can also be done via email at email@example.com, a representative will call you and walk you through the process.
If a class is full, we keep a waiting list. If space becomes available, students on the waiting list are contacted in the order they were taken.
CLASS REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY
Enrollment is evaluated the day before the class starts. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund of purchase price or you may elect to take another class. All other refund or transfer requests must be received to our email, in writing before 12 pm (noon) 1 FULL MONTH prior to the start date of the class and are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Transfers and refund requests will not be accepted after this deadline, unless it is a medical emergency, death in the family, or a dangerous weather event.
CITY EMERGENCIES, INCLEMENT WEATHER, CANCELLATIONS, ECT.
We make every effort to reschedule class sessions that are cancelled due to extreme weather (hurricanes or ice storms) or circumstances beyond our control. Students will be notified if class is cancelled and when it is rescheduled.
MISSED CLASSES AND MAKE UPS
We ask all of our students to honor their commitment to learn and attend class. If you are unable to attend a class, please inform your teacher of the circumstances, and make the extra effort to catch up on your time in and outside of class. We do not offer make up classes or transfer classes unless you have suffered a medical emergency, death in the family, or dangerous weather situation.
FAIR FIT CLOTHING POLICY
CLOTHING RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you ordered and are happy to accept returns of unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective merchandise which is returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.
Don’t forget that all items must be returned in new condition with original packaging, hang tags, labels and materials and that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
At this time, our policy is to offer an equal credit exchange on returned merchandise. We do not offer cash returns, your credit on thefairfit.com does not expire.
Clearance or items bought on sale are final sale. Because these are often one of a kind items, we can not offer returns or exchanges. Especially, with $25 sample sales, often the shipping costs more than the garment :) Please contact us with any questions before purchasing sale items.
We will contact you with a return shipping address. You can send any item back to us at the address below using any traceable shipping method. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange as you instruct.
Fair Fit is an independent clothing line made in Louisiana. The Fair Fitbasics are always available to order year round. We also produce small seasonal collections and limited edition capsule collections. We travel a few times a year for trunk shows and art markets. All garments are original design and are handmade by myself and other independent sewers who work alongside me in the studio.
We are happy to process wholesale orders on request. At this time, we have no minimums, our order maximum is 18 pieces per season per store. Upon placement of your order, we need one month to complete and ship your order. Please contact us to place a wholesale order for your shop.
